Just one person. One need. One solution.
That’s the foundation of every business that wins.
a. Find one customer to solve a problem for.
b. Serve a specific group with precision.
c. Deliver just ONE product or service well.
Most people get stuck because they try to build the brand before solving a problem.
But guess what? Clarity comes from action, not just planning.
