It's called the 'Sturgeon Moon' (Blue Supermoon)
Best seen just after it rises....
It's called a Bluemoon but it is actually not Blue...The Blue bit oddly refers to the fact it is the 3rd of 4 full moons happening this season.
The 'Super' bit refers to the moons being it's closest to earth on its orbit....So a 'Super Blue Moon' which this is tonight is actually quite rare...Next one is gonna be around January 2037....
