Someone once asked me why I always post the
#Ìtàkùn timeline on Facebook. I responded by asking, ‘Who motivates the motivator?’ Every person with a vision is mostly on their own, even with a team that believes in their vision. The person with the vision remains the carrier of that vision, and therefore, the burden of achievement lies on them.
Every goal is driven by internal and external motivation. However, unlike an average person, a visionary entrepreneur might not have access to the external motivation they need, aside from possibly a mentor holding them responsible. They need to find a way to hold themselves accountable.
This is why I use Facebook and Ìtàkùn itself as a tool to ensure that we achieve all that we set out to achieve on a weekly basis. You might think people are not watching, but even if they are not watching and seem not to matter, there is a way it helps to hold us accountable. So far, it has worked well, and this week won’t be any different as we set forth to achieve the following goals on our timeline.
